EDU-MAGED is an educational consultancy working with schools, leaders, and educators to strengthen teaching, learning, leadership, and school improvement.
Meet the Founder

Dr. Maged Abdallah

Dr. Maged Abdallah is the Founder and CEO of EDU-MAGED and an educational leader with more than 20 years of experience across Egypt, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. His career spans teaching, academic leadership, school improvement, curriculum development, professional learning, and international education. He has held several academic and senior leadership positions, including Deputy Principal and IB Programmes Lead; Deputy Principal for Middle and High School; MYP and DP Coordinator; Head of MOE Subjects; and MYP Personal Project Coordinator. Through these roles, he has led academic teams, strengthened curriculum and assessment practices, supported IB programme development and authorisation, and created greater coherence between educational vision and classroom practice. Dr. Maged is an experienced member of the IB Educator Network, serving as an Evaluation Leader, Programme Leader, Workshop Leader, and MYP Examiner. He is also a NEASC-accredited visitor. His areas of expertise include IB programme development, school evaluation and accreditation, leadership development, assessment literacy, concept-based learning, and the meaningful integration of artificial intelligence into education. He holds a PhD in Education, specialising in teacher preparation. Through EDU-MAGED, he brings together his experience, professional network, and the M.A.G.E.D. framework of Meaning, Agency, Growth, Evidence, and Depth to support schools and educators in achieving thoughtful, sustainable improvement.
